Fun Bakery - Mother's day special : Hazelnut Kisses
在星加坡買了兩本recipe，一本是曲奇recipe，另一本是關於鬆餅的，趁母親節週末試做了其中一款曲奇，實行做個乖孩子，氹一下葉老太！
Hazelnut Kisses (preparation time - 20mins, cooking - 30mins, difficulty - level1
Ingredients:
Cookies
- 3/4 cup (120g) all-purpose (plain) flour
- 1/8 teaspon salt
- 1/3 cup (90g) butter, soften
- 3/4 cup (150g) sugar
- 1 1/4 cup (180g) finely ground hazelnuts
Filling
- 4 oz (125g) dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy double cream
preheat the oven to 300F (150C). butter two cookies sheet. beat the butter and sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer at high speed until pale and creamy
combine the flour , hazelnuts and salt in a medium bowl. with the mixer on low speed, beat in the dry ingredients and hazelnuts to form a stiff dough
filling : heat the chocolate in a double boiler over barely simmering water until melted. then mixes with the double cream
form into balls the size of walnuts and place 1 inch apart on the prepared cookie sheets, flattening slightly
bake for 25 to 30 mins, or until lightly browned and transfer to racks to cool
the btm of the cookies
DONE!!
sandwich the cookies together in pairs with the fillings
