生日飯局之點批
上週五是RY的生日飯局!
平時其他友人的生日飯局,
RY都會有很多input,
隨口都噏到幾個選擇,
但一輪到她自己的大喜日,
反而久久未能扑槌..
最後東找西尋,由友人AL出手,
選了跑馬地的Point Pie!
先來新鮮生蠔開開胃

烤鹿兒島黑豚肉眼扒
美國黑毛牛肉眼扒
Cube Chocolate Coffee Cake (almond cookie w/ caramelized hazel nut x chocolate mousse x vanilla cream)
Chocolate Crunch (chocolate biscuit x hazel nut crunchy x chocolate mousse)
New Wave Triangle (5 chocolate of biscuit x crispy milk x bitter mousse x dark chocolate)
Crumble Shortbread (pistachio biscuit x red fruit compotine x light poppy mousseline)
Hazelnut Craquant (bitter chocolate biscuit x crunchy praline x hazelnut mousse x chocolate velvet finition)
餐廳面積小小,適合情侶或3至4人聚會.. 希望閣下幫襯的時候不會遇上像我們一行10人的哇鬼啦
當晚我們談了很多引人入“性”的話題,笑到肚赤
食物水準相當不俗.. 那麼大家猜猜這一餐人均幾錢?
