上週六為Ah Gor慶生，
RY選了位於中環威靈頓廣場(即M88)的高(Saikou)！
這棟M88開了也有一段時間，
但從未踏足過，一直只知那裡有80後最愛蒲的Aura，
及高檔的西班牙餐廳Fofo by El Willy，
這家《高》主打的是鐵板燒，
另外亦提供魚生、燒/炸物等食物。
我們當晚一行10人，所點是原價每位$1900 (！！！！)，
現正進行買四送一promotion的omakase set (廚師發辦)！！
Omakase，即是沒有正式menu的，
主要由廚師根據當晚有甚麼最新鮮食材來釐訂，
但一般在拍辦前都會問問顧客有甚麼特別喜好。

前菜：左 - 蠔仔/明太子蓮藕片；中 - 海膽飛魚子蛋；右 - 海蝦尾

我覺得這個海膽炒飯太淡了吧
餐廳相當細心，臨完場侍應突然捧著一小卷巧克力蛋糕，恭賀壽星仔
還有每人一球自家製益力多雪糕，醒神之作
像我們湊夠10隻腳就可以有獨立房間架這一餐雖然超級奢侈地吃了4位數字，但以食物水準來看，絕對是回港13年來，top3最impressive的一頓日本料理，絕對能挑戰當年跑馬地的吉祥。另外服務水平也高，侍應會細心介紹每一道菜，還不是唸口簧那種，而是真心對食物/材有所認識。而餐廳經理及兩位鐵板燒師父也很有幽默感，幾乎全程陪著我們一起癲！
