甜蜜的餞別

友人CC今個星期日就會到倫敦工作,暫定兩年。
其實這不是他首度越洋過海打工,
早於3年前他已被調往北京分公司,
今趟則是舊老闆刮角,聽聞是大茶飯,
好不羨慕呀.. 就此祝他一路順風,
第日去倫敦可以慳一筆酒店錢啦!
昨晚我們幾丁人餞別CC,首先去了生記吃晚飯,
跟手到他最愛的文華酒店coffee shop吃餅!
文華的出品唔駛講都知好骨,
我尤其最愛它的cinnamon bun同muffin!


請大家一齊讀一次.. cafe.. causette..
那兩碌銀色巨根是鹽&黑胡椒
喉嚨痕痕痛痛,不喝咖啡改喝茶(english breakfast)
哇,茶壺大到成個藥煲咁
Chocolate Pie w/ black seasme icecream - 好濕潤,質感有點“槳”口,但巧克力味道極濃
Flourless Cocolate Cake - 無麵粉蛋糕,全靠牛油及蛋白谷起蛋糕
Butter Bread Pudding - 熱辣辣、甜蜜蜜、滑嘟嘟,好味到飛起,size又夠大
Apple Pie - 這是一件平凡的餅
Chocolate Truffle - 另一文華significant cake,當然有返咁上下
cafe門外放置了一些藝術擺設,是否用糖做的呢?

    and bread pudding doesn't look like break pudding...
